Robiah Hulaila

Robiah focuses on operations and branch management, financial administration, and microfinance systems. She brings more than two decades of experience in banking, accounting, and microfinance operations. She has built deep expertise in branch management, financial administration, and process control within regulated financial institutions.

Before joining AKG, she spent more than 10 years at PT Bank UOB Buana, where she advanced from accounting to Sub-Branch Operations Manager. She later served in the accounting division of Akasia Bank, where she contributed to strengthening financial governance and operational compliance.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Jember.
