Philip Irwan

Philip Irwan focuses on microfinance, commodities, and sustainable business development. With over 15 years of experience in the microfinance and commodities sectors, he has shaped the Group's long-term vision and business philosophy since its establishment.

He also plays a key role in inclusive financial initiatives through Akasia Bank, which provides access to microfinance for small enterprises and communities. Beyond finance, he is engaged in the precious metals industry through Djojo Gold & Jewelry, specializing in gold and jewelry trading.

Earlier in his career, Philip built his foundation in economics and business management through dual Bachelor's degrees in Chinese Language and Literature and Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
