Outbound Program at Cikole

First held in 2018, AKG’s outbound program in Cikole was designed to strengthen teamwork, leadership, and mental resilience across its microfinance units. Conducted in three separate batches, each lasting one week, the program featured outdoor challenges and reflective sessions aimed at building trust, communication, and collective growth. It became a defining experience that reinforced AKG’s culture of collaboration and shared purpose.
